Invisalign At Biltmore Dental Center, Phoenix, AZ
Invisalign is becoming one of the most popular ways to straighten your teeth. Our patients are really excited about Invisalign as it does not involve any of the unsightly metal braces that most of us remember growing up.
Invisalign is a system of clear trays that fit over your teeth and slowly straighten them.
- The trays need to be changed every two weeks;
- Most cases can be treated in six to 18 months;
- Invisalign trays need to be worn about 22 hours a day. The only time you take them off is when you eat or drink;
- They are made of laser-cut clear plastic, so most people will not know you have anything on your teeth.
Unlike metal braces, Invisalign makes it really easy to keep your teeth clean. There aren’t any metal parts that food can get stuck to. And brushing and flossing your teeth is so much easier! You just remove the trays, brush and floss, and slip the trays back on your teeth. No more frustrating wires and brackets to deal with!
Invisalign can be used on most patients who want to straighten their teeth or close unwanted gaps between teeth. In extreme cases of misaligned teeth, we might have to use conventional braces OR the new Six-Month Smiles braces, also known as cosmetic or white braces. Invisalign is similar in cost to conventional braces and financing is always available. We also always do free consultations, so call now!
