Meet the team that wants to make you Smile More!
Few people have a natural perfect smile. Those who don’t can seek the help of a cosmetic dentist to achieve the smiles they desire. Advances in dental technology, techniques, and materials have made it possible for nearly anyone to have a near perfect smile. A wide array of services is available at Biltmore Dental Center to create gorgeous smiles.
I have been in practice for over 20 years. I graduated from The Marquette University School of Dentistry in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and completed my residency at the Veterans Administration in Cleveland, Ohio. My wife Maya & I moved to Arizona in 2005 for the weather and lifestyle. I have hiked the Grand Canyon 5 times… and rafted it once. My favorite hike is Havasupai Falls.
My team and I love making people smile. Our motto is – SMILE MORE! We understand many people have extreme anxiety when seeing a dentist – so we offer sedation by a board-certified dental anesthesiologist. We can complete any treatment you need in the most comfortable setting. This also allows patients who need extensive work to complete the treatment in a single visit. Sedation is also beneficial to those who have physical or mental disabilities that make it difficult for them to receive dental care.
Visit our Smile Gallery to see a sample of the lives we have changed, and read our reviews to see why Phoenix LOVES us! If you want to enjoy this level of care and expertise, please call (602) 954-8200 and schedule a consultation today.
Dr. Koppikar is an adjunct faculty member at the Arizona School of Dentistry and volunteers at the Brighter Way Foundation. He is one out of only three dentists who has medical privileges at Banner University Hospital. In his free time, he likes to go hiking and biking as well as Suns and Rising games with family and friends – especially with his beautiful wife Maya and their adorable kids Karina and Kaidin.
I developed an interest in dentistry at a very young age and was drawn to the artistry of dentistry. As I got older, I realized what a powerful impact a healthy, confident smile can have on someone’s life. Dentistry has allowed me to not only explore various countries such as Colombia and Guatemala, but to also help patients in these underserved populations get out of pain. Today, I feel grateful knowing that I not only enjoy the work that I do, but that I am making someone’s quality of life that much better.
At work, the well-being of my patients is my primary concern. Many people fear the dentist, so turning fear into laughter is an exciting challenge for me. I take pride in providing patients a gentle and painless experience in the dental chair, especially those who may have once had the opposite.
I grew up in Brooklyn, New York as the middle child in a family of six. I loved being part of a larger family and all the excitement it brought around the house. My dental career brought me to Arizona in 2016 and I have never wanted to leave!

Outside of the office, he enjoys hiking, off-roading, and skiing. Dr. Woodmansee is a Phoenix native and an avid Arizona State Sun Devil and Cardinals fan. Though he enjoys his hobbies and practice, his favorite time is spent with his wife, Lindsay, and their two daughters Harper and Sloan.
I’ve been working in the dental field for over 30 years, doing everything from chairside clinical, to teaching dental assisting, working with a major sports team dentist, and even working for the Pentagon. I love the fact that the field is so varied, and I have loved watching how it has evolved over the years.
When I’m not at work, I love to visit new restaurants and watch the WNBA – GO MERCURY!! I also live vicariously through my son who travels for work and have my hands full with my fur babies, a pitbull, and a one-eyed cat.
Ashley joined Biltmore Dental Center in 2012. She graduated from dental assisting school in 2006, and has worked in the dental field as an assistant and front desk treatment coordinator ever since. She helps our patients feel welcomed and maintains a positive atmosphere in our office. Ashley loves the people she works with and enjoys speaking with our patients and getting to know them. She prides herself in educating patients on their current health status and how we can help improve and maintain oral health conditions. Outside of the office, Ashley can be found at continuing education courses with her family who are also in dentistry. She loves spending time with her daughter Payton!
My favorite part of working in dentistry is being able to help every patient who walks through our door, whether they are here for preventive or routine appointments or for more dental work, and it is a great feeling to be part of a team that can help someone get out of pain, or recreate their smile. After more than 14 years in dentistry, I still have a passion for serving our patients every day.
Outside of work, I am an absolute and avowed nerd! I love to read on any topic, from business to science to personal growth to philosophy to history – the longer the book, the better! I also enjoy listening to podcasts and audiobooks while I run distance. I’ll gladly take any recommendations you have!
My favorite thing about dentistry is the interactions that I get to have with our patients. I am always learning something from them, or sharing new information with them. I hope to continue working in the dental field for my entire career, and I have done some volunteer work in the field as well.
I love listening to TedTalks on any subject and am going to school so I guess you could say I just love learning! I was a competitive figure skater growing up in St. Louis, and I still enjoy rollerblading as much as the Arizona heat allows me to. If you know of any good areas to explore, please tell me!
I absolutely love being a dental assistant and working in cosmetic dentistry specifically. I’ve been in this field for over six years, and every day I get to help someone recover their smile! Whether it’s just one tooth or a whole smile makeover, I love being involved in making our patients feel their absolute best, with a beautiful smile walking out the door.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking and spending time being active with my family. I was born and raised in Arizona, but my dream vacation would be to go to Fiji. I’m sure they have some great hiking trails there!
I’ve been in the dental field for over ten years, and I still am so passionate about my patients’ gum health and how it affects their overall health. It’s amazing to see how far we have come so quickly with new treatments, especially the non-invasive treatment options.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our three kids, hiking, dancing, and doing yoga. They all certainly keep my busy with the help of our three dogs. I’d love to see pictures of your dogs as well!
My dental career started with my bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene from the University of Nebraska, and I have loved all of the relationships that I’ve built with my patients as well as my team members and doctors in the last five years.
I grew up in Nebraska where I learned to love cooking, but Arizona has taught me to appreciate the beauty of the desert as I explore with my husband and our dog. I also enjoy making candles as a creative outlet, and would love to hear about any interesting scent combinations that you know!
